Buy a used mevo plus

Hi everyone,

I Loved to buy a used mevo plus.
AS i read there ist no way to transfer the E6 license.

What is the best way to get the mevo with E6 experience?
Is a used mevo worth it, If the license is 500€ plus?

I Love to have some courses and good training facilities?!

If you look for a while, you should be able to find a used unit where the owner used a throwaway email address for the E6 registration so the whole account can go with the launch monitor.

That said, there's a bunch of decent software options that won't require a high-end PC to run if you end up buying a M+ without an active license.

Awesome Golf is a bit cartoony but is available on multiple platforms with one license purchase. Creative Golf 3D has better graphics and more courses but still pretty low system requirements. GS Pro will also be integrated in a few months - I think it's around $250/year.

i live in Germany so it is a little complicated.

What if i used the original Account? Do i need the Email for other thinks than log in?

The license is bound to the E6 Portal login that it was registered to and can't be transferred, but there's nothing preventing the original owner from giving you the E6 account to use, so long as they didn't use their personal email to create it.

I registered mine to a separate Gmail account for this reason, just in case.

All the vendor has to do is provide access details. Even if he has a registration to his email, it's not a major complication because the FS login can be set to a different password than the email. The email address is just a login. If the vendor sets up automatic forwarding of messages from FS to your email in their email, you will receive messages from FS as well.

so neg. speaken what are the complications of a worst Case? Change or reset password is Something in my mind, what about Log Out the account or so?!

I'd think you could find a mevo+ that was never used for sim out there. I've never used the E6 stuff with my own so I imagine it's a blank slate for registering with them still for my own unit. I could sell my unit and let the buyer start the E6 process from scratch. I'm sure there are lots out there like me.

I bought a used mevo+ on eBay and just kept an eye out for the right unit. Always asked questions to seller to confirm he had not used the e6 subscription. Probably watched the auctions for a month before buying. It works great no issues. YMMV
