Does Propackage Shaft Angle Indicate Shallow vs Steep Swing Plane?

I watched Scott YT video and he seemed to imply it was for club fitting.

I could be wrong, but this is my take on it. Shaft angle is more related to dynamic lie angle than shallow vs steep. AOA and low point determine shallow vs steep.

If I'm wrong someone please correct me.
