Mevo plus tilt

The issue is the distance numbers are way off. The room is clean with no interference. I have 7 to 8 feet from Mevo to ball and I can go 9 to 11 feet from the ball to screen and plenty of width to swing any club. I can’t get a driver to go past 120 yards. I’m lucky if my 9 iron goes 60 yards. I have sent in videos, pictures and data to Flightscope at their request and they see no issues in my set up and agree the numbers seem off and they want me to continue different settings and locations. I just want to be able to enjoy simulated golf with close to accurate numbers. I don’t mind a few yards off but 70 to 90 yards off is silly.
Has anyone tried a different tilt to help fix this issue?

I run mine at 12 degrees? It’s been great so far. Maybe post your data and let us take a look at it?

Make sure it didn’t update and reset to something other than short indoors. I had some issues and FS was adamant to use 12 degrees tilt.

Is 12 degrees good for all software? Seems it should be since the data M+ is outputting should be its most accurate data. The receiving app shouldn't be in the equation.

FS support has indicated that they recommend 12 degrees for all software to me.

Do you know if this include TGC 2019 ? or just the FS stand alone app

They were adamant that it is 12 degrees for all apps including TGC 2019
