Mevo+/TGC 2019 Putting Not Registering

I can't seem to find a post that addresses the issue I'm having with Mevo+ and TGC 2019 so bear with me if I just didn't see it. When playing TGC 2019, it will read putts for a couple of holes, then miss a bunch and I'm stuck on that hole until it maybe captures one or two more before it misses a bunch again. I usually have to resort to chipping on the green to keep the game moving. It doesn't matter whether we're putting from the center of the hitting area or from one of the sides (both lefties and righties play). It also doesn't make a difference if the ball is 4 feet from the Mevo + or 7. We have a completely flat playing area and the Mevo is level. I've tried it at 12 and 18 degrees. Bright light and dim light. I have a great connection and the internet is hardwired to the laptop. When I use the putting trainer in FS Golf, it's 75/25 reads, but when I use the putting trainer in TGC it picks them all up no problem. To say that this is extremely frustrating is an undertatement. I welcome any advice that someone can offer.

I would immediately call Foresight support so they can test your unit. They tested mine and it was a hardware issue that required them to replace my unit.

I know you meant Flightscope but now I kind of want to mail my unit to Foresight just to see what happens.
