Not sure if it is a limitation of the mevo+ but I cannot get it to register a flop shot.

Maybe the ball is launching to high or not travelling the required distance.

Very frustrating when I need to hit one in TGC’19. Not tried in the FS apps or e6 yet.

Any one else struggling with them?

Are you referring to a flop shot? Mine registers normal lob wedge shots just fine.

Yes flop shots. All wedge shots read correctly.

Call flight scope support they will get you setup in under an hour.

We had similar issue however we ensured 18deg launch to pickup the high trajectory and worked for us. Then we put it back to 12deg when not hitting flop shot.

If the distance from ball to Mevo+ is more than 8 ft that could be an issue to.

the TGC trick when hitting flop shots is setting your club to Iron instead of wedge....for some reason it helps us out

How far is the ball travelling for a flop? Does it hit your ceiling or screen?

They hit the top net mainly. I think it could be a environmental issue as I’m on a outdoor setup at the moment and if there is a breeze I get lots of miss/no reads.

The issue is chipping mode vs iron mode. In chipping mode I can’t get a flop shot to register. In iron mode I can.

its a bug...you are doing it correctly tho by setting it to iron
