Mevo+ and E6

So I’ve had the Mevo+ for about a year and have never used the E6 app that comes with it. Am I missing something or can you not be connected to the radar and the internet at the same time?

You can be connected to the unit and the internet if you have a cellular device i.e. iPad or iPhone.

Apparently you can also use Bluetooth to use an iPhone as a hotspot if your iPad isn't cellular-capable, or get a lightning to Ethernet dongle.

Oh I didn’t even think of that. I’m going to try it out a Bluetooth hotspot on my next range session.

Hmm.. thanks. I’ll give this a try. I wanted to use my iPad, but it doesn’t have cellular. So the iPad will connect to the iPhone using Bluetooth and the iPad will connect to the radar using WiFi?

That's what I'm told. I don't use any iOS devices so I can't help you with firsthand experience.

I can confirm this works - exactly as you describe it above. Internet via bluetooth connection to iPhone, wi-fi used for connection to Mevo+. Good luck!
