Mevo Plus E6 Ipad or CPU

I just Bpught a Mevo Plis but don't have an IPad yet but have a gaming computer. From what I'm reading is I get 5 free E6 course with IOS but if with CPU need to pay? Also people say IOS is only 600x400 resolution but CPU is 4K? I'm not putting on projector but using 75" TV to the side to project everything and don't want to buy an IPad only to get crappy resolution. But also don't want to pay few $$Hindo a year just for better resolution. Please let me know if these facts are true or false.

You also get more courses and online play whereas (I think) the included iOS version doesn't offer anything beyond local multiplayer.

Would anyone know if E6 works on CPU that isn't Intel cause I have a gaming PC that I built few years ago that is AMD chip so if that meets requirements I could always just change graphics card if doesn't meet standards. Just didn't know if only allowed Intel since they state Intel i5 or i7 chip.
