Mevo+ and Top Range golf balls

I got my Mevo+ last week and took it out to the range the following day only to be disappointed at the results. It only picked up 12 of 36 shots and 6 of the 12 had no data. So 6 out of 36, not too good. The range uses Top Range golf balls (toprangegolf.com), the standard white ones. I've hit some real golf balls and some Callaway practice balls, which I suspect are real balls that didn't the QC process and I hit some standard crappy range balls from another range, all without issues. Going to other ranges is not very convenient compare to the range that is 1 minute from my place and has good rates and great balls. Anyone else have experience hitting Top Range golf balls with the Mevo+? It's hard to believe that this is the one and only ball that the Mevo+ has a hard time with. How can it pick up some of the TR golf balls but not others? What is physically different about them?

This is a great product and I want to keep it, but not at the cost of having to change my routine and go to a different range. Switching to a Full Swing kit or the Bushnell Launch Pro are tough to swallow at 2-3x the price for the same data.

It seems unlikely the ball is the issue - Mevo+ picks up range balls and even Almost Golf balls. I've had one no-read in a year of use.

That's what I thought, how could it be the ball? It's clear from my testing using the outdoor setting any ball other than the Top Range golf ball is picked up with good numbers. When I try the top range balls very few are picked up and tracked, but the balls that were picked up have good numbers. If I set the Mevo+ to Indoor short, all balls are picked up. Using Indoor, there are only a few that are missed. The problem with both Indoor settings is the flight path and the numbers are not good. Raw data was sent into tech support and they claim the Callaway practice balls were tracked for 5+ seconds, but the Top Range balls were only tracked for 1+ second due to noise, that's why the Indoor setting get readings on the balls, but the numbers aren't reliable.

Still wondering if anyone else has these balls at their range. I feel like I'm the only Mevo+ user that has had this issue.
