Using E6 Connect IOS on IOS emulator on PC?

Has anyone tried using their E6 connect ios subscription license on an ios emulator downloaded on a PC?

If so does it work? What emulator did you use? Did you have to re-register your e6 license for that "hardware" configuration?

Nobody has made this work in the last two years, AFAIK.
