Mevo Plus Tilt angle and setup with Fiberbuilt mat questions.

Just got a used unit from a forum member and tried it out today.

Rusty swing aside- what is the correct tilt angle for the unit for FS Skills app? Was it changed to 12 degrees from 17 degrees in recent FW updates?

Also I use a Fiberbuilt 1'x3' mat which is about 2" above the ground. Is it better to set the Mevo Plus unit on something 2" high to put it at same level, or should I set the Tee height in the app to 2"?

Set the tee height to to 2”, don’t raise the unit. I have been through this and speak from first hand experience. You may have to tweak it a little higher or lower but that is what this function is for according to FS support.

Correct tilt has been 12° for most software for a few versions now.

Maybe not TGC, never used it.

i change my tilt all the time....it seems like every firmware update means you have to change the tilt in some way...tilt it low (10-11 degrees) and you can chip short, but then you get really high launch angles on drives....tilt it too high (15-18) and you cant chip short but the launch angle on drives is good...kinda have to play around with it
