    i posted this in both TGC2019 and Mevo, didnt know which could be the issue.

    i had a couple friends over today to play a round.
    on hole 16, the Mevo+ stopped registering shots, we swing, swing, different club, different person with a different club, still not registering.
    tried doing a couple things in menu to reset things like, doing a rewind, replaying shot, still nothing.
    then tried to stop TGC interface and restart, and still not registering shots.
    next step was to shut down interface and TGC2019 but that lost our game, and had to start over.
    i know glitches happen, but question is, anyone found a way to reset this issue with out losing a round..

    We play every week, and I would say this probably happens once every other week or so. When it does happen you can look and see that the Mevo+ armed red light is off in our case. after trial and error discovered closing and restarting the TGC Interface has always rearmed the Mevo+ and the red light comes on and we are able to continue play no issues.

    Since it sounds like you have tried restarting the Interface I would suggest also making sure that you do NOT have an instance of any Flightscope apps running in the background or otherwise on your iPhone. Until I figured this out I also found out that the iPhone can take over the Mevo+ connection and you can lose it on the PC TG2019 interface connection!

      when this happens to you, is the game displaying "ready for swing"
      because i had that message BUT it was NOT ready...

        Does it still do this with the correct USB cable you changed to?
        I saw where you were using a different USB cable previously, and I wondered if that could that be part of it.

      yes it did, it did this to me just this past sunday.

      i have had my new cord for at least a month...

        "1. No shots are registering - go to Watch Replay of whoever hit last...then exit Replay...then you should be able to resume playing again...this happens on occasion when someone hits a ball immediately after a shot is loading (frustration swing)

        2. Watch Replay doesnt work and no shots are registering - Leave TGC 2019 open, but minimize the window to get to the desktop (Alt+Enter lets you go windowed)...close entirely the FLIGHTSCOPE TGC INTERFACE APP thats running by your clock apps (not the TGC game)....turn off Mevo+...wait and then power it back on...connect to Flightscope TGC Interface app...connect to your Mevo+...go back to the game (hit Alt+Enter to go full screen) and you should be good to go!!​"
