I hope the benefits include the use of multiple monitors but looking at the screen shots so far I’m a little worried. Primarily just being able to use a native resolution and not having to squint to see the impact location on my iPad lol.

And now that I have my kid's old iPad permanently hooked up to my projector, it's no longer an issue for me.
I'm now just using a HDMI switch to 1-click switch between my iPad and my PC to the projector so it's easy.

Also the pc version may allow for one to use usb high speed cameras that will be better than the Ipad/Iphone cameras, -
That would be nice but I feel like they are leaving that feature out. I think it’s available in the VX PC software and that’s $750 last time I checked but it comes with the repair package. I suspect it’s the reason they partnered with Swing Catalyst using the Home version. If you read into the Home version purchased through Swing Catalyst it does not offer integration with launch monitors. You can only get integration purchasing through FlightScope.

The support team told me that we will receive emails to download the pc app for the owners of the pro package or the new mevo+ and another for face impact.
i don’t know what is the distribution list they use, registered device ? Myflighscope account ? I don’t know how they filter us … I receive info and promotions from us uk and eu offices :-(Comment

I received my activation code for face impact and the link to download FSGolf for PC.
i had an error message when activating and I called the support. In fact I was activated despite that.
face impact is perfect for irons, for hollow / titanium clubs I am still struggling to calibrate, a manual or a demo is missing at the moment.
FSGolf PC is much better than tablet version with several multi page layouts and the ability to export datas in CSV but sometimes it lags and you can’t delete shots (???)
what in my opinion is still missing across all versions;
- Statistics takings in account multiple sessions to have progress and a bigger set to calculate your distances.
- Availability to order the table view ( for example per distance, smash factor, …) in order to delete obvious bad shots easily (you even can’t do it in the website when it is a 2 minutes job)
- Review on your PC or Tablet a session that has been recorded on the range with your phone. Everything is sync in the Cloud but nothing is coming back and the website doesn’t display the club, shot, face impact datas in a graphic way.

I had the same issue with the face impact activation, received error message but it was activated... However, mine tells me I don't have enough light, and it's a fairly well lit area. I have to check but I think I have 4 65 watt equivalent LED recesses lights at about 9ft. What kind of lighting do you have?

I agree. As much as I really respect FS for their constant addition of features and support (unlike other brands).. they need to start focusing on polishing things further instead of releasing a 2023 version of the same hardware.. That and work on clearing confusion old 2020 setup docs.. ie. setup distances, etc.Originally posted by Targuy View Post

I would definitely use the support->suggestions feature in the app to make sure they get your recommendations..
my issues with their apps:
- inability to sort data columns like club path/V and H planes (because of the +/- nature of it I guess). Worse yet, it varies depending on IOS vs Android and now PC!
- FS Skills needs to be removed and compeltely redone.
- They need to sync up the bag/clubs selection accross all apps because I use all 3 and it's annoying to have to customize it 3 times!
- If they can't sync data acrross all apps, at least add a working Export/Import feature that includes videos!!! they have one but it doesn't work accross IOS/Android! arghhh
- They need to completely redo their crap web portal. Especially bad as they offer a paid version of it! I'd consider it to store videos but not until they have proper table interface with sorteable data...
Hopefully they are working on that but I think they to prioritize this over fluff features... Face impact was nice and all but they need to stabilize the software now I think..
And we'll have the best LM on the market!Comment
