Updates for existing customers about new Flightscope offerings

Yesterday I had a chat with Flightscope's chat window on their website. I got clarity on a few key things that impact my purchase decision making and may impact yours as well.

1) I was told that no one is working to integrate the new Face Impact capability with TGC2019. I was going to buy the face impact software until they told me this. I don't understand why they would not integrate the new Face Impact feature with TGC2019.

2) Existing pro-package owners will get FS Golf for PC for free. That's good at least.

3) E6 Connect for PC will only be made available for the 2023 version. Existing codes for the IOS version (even if you have not redeemed it like me) will not work on the PC version. IE existing customers are stuck with E6 Connect for IOS for better or worse. This stinks for me as I am running a pc for my simulator, not an ipad. Flightscope was unwilling to let me trade my ios version for the pc version. My ios license is going to waste...

Wishing that Flightscope was more accommodating to their existing customers...

I cannot find any information on the site oh how to get E6 for PC for existing Mevo+ owners.

I was chatting with flightscope support after ordering my Mevo+ in January and they did confirm the $150 package for e6 on PC would be available, but based on literally nothing, it seems like something they wouldn't just put up for sale on their website. Imagine if you ask now about it, they'd give you a link or code. My two cents

FWIW I have chatted with them a few times on the E6 upgrade and yesterday the told mr it would be available soon but they E6 is working on some testing to get rid of a few software bugs. They said to check their site as it will be posted there and also they will be sending out emails.

And they have lots of bugs! I know because I opened like 4 tickets in last few months.
<rant> If you have an AMD GPU don't bother.. It keeps crashing and they are not interested in helping. eventhough it's a DirectX11 software which normally just works.</rant>

Also, I'm not sure if this deal allows online play (peer to peer)... Something to keep in mind. It's still a good deal but you'll eventually want to play with a buddy so worth check.

FlightScope just discounted Face Impact location $50 off, but still not enough discount for me to purchase one parameter.

Yeah. I'm not interested until it's 250$ or less. I don't care if it costs them a lot of R&D... It's just not worth half of Pro Package..
