I was playing a round on tgc 2019 on my Mevo plus and had issues with the program disconnecting from the unit only when putting. If you chipped a ball while on the green it was fine, but if you tried to putt it, I would get no read and when I would go to the dashboard to see if everything was good it would show my unit as having 0% battery, even though it was plugged in and at 100%. I would restart the Mevo and it would work for a hole or two and then happen again. Anyone else have this happen? Seems to be a tgc issue to me, but just curious.

Are you using the supplied charger and USB cable? They are very particular with the input voltage to the Mevo since it uses a Raspberry PI control board. Also how old is your unit? Have you tried using battery only and does the same issue occur? -
I had misplaced the original and replaced it with the recommended cord I found on many posts on here. I bought the unit in September 2021. I tried using battery only and the same issue occurred, however I played again the next day and had zero issues with it. Have also never had any issues when using the flight scope app on my iPhone or iPad. Only when using it on tgc 2019.Comment

Hmm yeah the next question I was going to ask was Wi-Fi connectivity but if you’re not having issues on FS Golf I would agree it’s a TCG issue.Comment

I am having the same issue with TGC and E6. If i don't set as gimmie, when it comes up to putt, the mevo disconnects.Comment
