Mevo distance behind tee

How much does it matter where the mevo is behind tee? i have 12 feet from tee to screen, just curious how important 8 feet is behind tee for mevo placement

Distance to Mevo plus behind the tee is less important than distance from tee to screen. I have tested 7 and 8 and didn't see a difference. I would do 7 feet and add a foot of flight distance.

Some people use less the 8’ so they get more ball flight. Higher swing speeds benefit from the added distance. All set ups and environments are different so it’s best to play around with the numbers to see what works best for you.
