WIldly different results from TGC vs E6

Played a round on TGC2019 and I was spraying the ball all over the place. Missed every fairway, missed every green, +22.....
I then played a round on E6 and shot 4 over. drives were slightly off and approaches anded on the fringe a few times.
Any ideas why the results are so drastically different? What things could i tweak to get them closer to each other?

Do you get similar results IRL?

Maybe you played an easier track and were warmer. I don't know how to fix my broken, other than sleeping it off and coming back for more.

IRL is a lot closer to 22 than it is 4 lol.
