Flightscope Mevo+ and TGC 2019 connectivity issue

Hi, we recently bought a flightscope mevo+ and use it with TGC2019 software. Connection to the launch monitor can only be through wifi (so I am told) and so we purchased a wifi dongle to allow connection to the internet in parallel, allowing access to all the courses in the software. However, we are now getting some issues regarding connectivity when using both wifi connections. Do you have any suggestions ?

For the dongle wifi make sure you don't have it set to automatically connect to your internet wifi and only to auto connect to the Mevo+. Also you can possibly choose 2.4ghz or 5ghz.. This will potentially get you off of the same frequency range. A third option may be to use a wired connection to your PC and wifi only for Mevo+.
