E6 Connect activation issue

Hi, a friend lent me a Mevo + he is not using so I can try my set up in the garage before purchasing it myself.
With his E6 credential, I am having issue activating it on my computer. I followed the steps to unbid the license.
When E6 ask me to select tracking system, the system enter a loading page and return to the select tracking system page. I cannot pass this step

Your friend needs to remove the Mevo from his E6 license on his computer. I think E6 refers to this as deactivating the computer or IPad within the E6 program.
