Mevo+ Freezes when using video mode

Can you report the bug in the app? There is a report function and they usually contact me within a couple of days.

I had this happen to me a few times at the range, went through the debugging process with a tech...he could see that the unit wasn't arming correctly but never found the cause. Mine would happen intermittently so hard to diagnose.

I've had this happen when opening up GSPro and the connection window comes up. If I have the Advanced Fusion option checked and then try to go to the camera it freezes up so I have to uncheck that option. Might not be applicable in your case but just sharing my experience.

I called FS and the tech support people were very helpful. They suspected that my very old Gen 4 IPad was the issue. Never one to question a reason to upgrade, I bought a newer one and the problem seems resolved. At least in my case.
