It appears as if I am doing something wrong setting up my flightscope, I have watched all the youtube videos on how to set it up and done exactly as they said but for some reason when ever I hit a shot nothing happens. I have tried it on both indoor and outdoor settings and still nothing. The lights on the flightscope are flashing exactly how they're suppose to before I hit my shot. Im not sure what else to try any suggestions?

Purchased this unit off of ebay so I wasnt sure if flightscope would help me much since I havnt paid for the service contractOriginally posted by Dax View PostSeems like you need to speak to Flightscope, as my thoughts were something is interfering with the unit, but that does not seem to be the case.

The wifi light is solid blue and shows connected to my samsung tablet. Distance from unit to tee is 10ft, I tried tee height at 1 inch and 0 inches while hitting irons. My wife has an ipad I will try it on that next

Wifi symbol solid? Lights blinking green/red alternating?
Does the app say connected and then change to "ready"?
Indoors you need a sticker for accurate spin calc, but it will still launch the ball if it detects a shot without a sticker. It'll just be less accurate on the spin.
Radar cannot be above tee'd location. Hitting off mat you need to set the tee height (vertical offset from radar feet to top of mat surface). Hitting outside off turf you always set it to zero, as it picks up the interaction of the club with the dirt and back calculates to figure out vertical offset from point of contact to radar feet.

Wifi symbol is solid blue, system light flashes from green to red and battery light blinks green.
App does say connected and im pretty sure it changes to ready I will recheck that when i get back home
I did hit off a mat that is 1 1/2 inches thick so I placed the flightscope on a 16" by 16" 1 1/2 inch thick concrete block so it should be the exact height as my mat or very close
I do have metallic stickers on the ball. I figure if something is wrong with the unit the lights would not blink as they are suppose to

You don't need to have the radar at same level as mat. Just put tee height at 1 or 2 inches. I don't think you can put it at 1.5 inches...
One metallic sticker on ball?
If app doesn't say ready, the radar is not armed. But if it weren't armed then it wouldn't flash red/green. It would just be green.
You can definitely try contacting Flightscope customer support. They're pretty nice about helping people out, even if they're out of service/contract. They replaced my unit out of warranty because of a bad battery at no charge.

Did not work on the iPad neither I didn't think it would but wanted to give it a shot. I will call Fs tomorrow and see what they say
And for those who own a Xi+ the Xi+ app I downloaded on the iPad seems to show a lot more data then what the website says its suppose to

Actually, any Flightscope app will show (albeit briefly) all data parameters. Once the app connects with the unit, the app restricts the data display to those parameters you've paidOriginally posted by bronco View PostDid not work on the iPad neither I didn't think it would but wanted to give it a shot. for (i.e. acccording to the connected unit).
