I downloaded all the latest software and firmware updates today and tried to connect my device to my wireless network. It fails every time. Its a Unifi network with Unifi U6 access points broadcasting 2.4 and 5. Password is long but just letters and numbers. Have others had problems and figured it out?

Same thing here.
- UniFi UDM-SE
- U7 Pro AP
It appears to connect and then it gets to the “Restarting this may take some time” and then nothing.
tried a bunch of things,- multicast settings,
- mDNS
- completely isolated network in the 192.0.0.1/24 IP range
- IoT enhancements
- band isolation
- WPA2
- VoIP settings
- QoS settings
So far I can’t even get the system to show that a device is even trying to connect in the logs. It’s very very strange. I contact FS support and they said to disable all the wifi privacy setting on my iPad and iPhone but that also did not work. I’m at a loss for what else to troubleshoot and although it’s a really nice feature I want to use, it got to the point it wasn’t worth the trouble anymore.
If you have anything you found out while troubleshooting let me know, maybe it will give us a more complete picture.Last edited by sudo; 09-04-2025, 09:21 PM.

Exact same issue here with my UDM-PRO and U6-IW Access Point. Tried doing the setup from PC App, iPhone App, iPad app and Android phone. Same thing every time. Anybody got a solution yet?Originally posted by sudo View PostSame thing here.
