Has anyone use the Stack System speed trainer with the Mevo+? I just pulled the trigger and will use it over the winter. I used to use the Speed Sticks but the Stack app looks great, and having it synched with the Mevo+ is an added bonus. Yes, 102 to 113 over 1.5 years of training. Remember, the first couple miles per hour are going to come pretty quickly. Adding resistance training (gym) will continue your gains. Speed is a skill just like putting or distance control. If you stop, you will lose the skill. -
I've been using mine for almost a year now. Love it, and really like the auto-capture with the Mevo +. Like preludesam said, add some weight training as well. I typically do mine after my workout and have had better results since my body is all warmed up. I've seen the most gain in my irons, adding 10-15yds per club. Also recommend using some shot tracking for in round play to help learn the new distances.Comment
