flightscope Mevo gen 2 is constantly disconnecting

Hi everyone, I just purchased an Mevo Gen 2 and I'm having a lot of problems with the connection. Sometimes when I start it up I can hit 5 times maximum then the unit just keeps disconnecting and connecting in an endless cycle, sometimes it starts connecting and disconnecting right away, I'm at a loss on what to do. I've contacted tech support several times but the issue is still not resolved.
Can someone help me please.

The tilt was borderline at 12.5, I changed it to have more leeway and it helped a lot. I have a bit of problem connecting to gspro but after a few tries I am able to.
