I'll be taking my newly acquired GC2 to the range for the first time tomorrow. We've had off and on rain for the last couple weeks. Just wondering how concerned I should be with turf or mud getting on the sensitive areas. Any thoughts, advice, or experience with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks
What concerns should I have taking GC2 to the range for the first time?

If it's so wet that you get waterspray, i would hold off. The readings might get skewed. Also if your hitting into a headwind you will get some sod on the machine, no problems for the gc2, but you will have to clean it. Good luck

Thanks guys. I likely won't take it out because of the potentially damp conditions. I was just hoping someone was going to say, "sure, no problem. Cover the unit with cling wrap or something and don't worry about it". Just wishful thinking. I haven't been able to use it with real balls yet and I've had it for a couple weeks now. Because of the PGA show I haven't been able to close on my screen and net so I've just been hitting foam balls into my wall. Really just anxious to see how accurate it is but i will likely not take it. I know it's more for fair weather outdoor use.
