GC2 Missing Spin Data with Driver?

The last couple of times my son and I have played, most of his driver shots are not registering spin data. He's getting launch angle, side angle, and ball speed, but not the bottom three numbers. It's only happening with driver, and only when he hits. My driver shots all register completely. He hits it further than I do, but he's 15 and not a long hitter compared to most of you. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

Does he have a white driver head or shaft? Maybe try having him hit your driver to eliminate that as a variable?

Actually, his driver is black, and mine is white. I'll have him hit mine tonight and see what happens.

Try playing around with the height of the gc2. Mine did the same thing for a day or two i changed flashes, tilt calibration and put on a new stand im not sure which one fixed it.
