    Foresight FR1 software system requirements

I've just ordered a GC2 which comes with the FR1 software. Does anyone know if it requires a high end PC to run the software? Anyone here running it ok on a budget system? Thanks in advance. Chris

What it needs is a decent graphics processor. Unfortunately budget PC's have a low end unit. The Foresight website has or used to have the minimum computer and graphics processor requirements for FR1.

What needs a decent graphics processor are the course/range simulations. You should be able to find a suitable PC used for a low price since those units have been around for a long time. I think mine, which I bought used, was new somewhere around 2012.

Cheers Ron yea I didn't think it looked that graphically demanding. I guess my laptop won't be up to the task so I will likely have to build something mid-range

I have a pretty basic laptop running FR1 without any issues. So to answer you don't need a high end pc at all to handle FR1.
