GC2-T Repair outrageous - Bad CPU Board

I have 3 gc2-t units that I purchase for a small golf simulator studio.

I run the business approx 5 months out of the year (ohio winter).

The newest unit has less than a years actual use (but is past the year warranty) and has already had the flash board replaced. Now today I was informed the CPU Board has gone bad and it's going to be $900 to repair!

This feels like a money grab by Foresight!

Anyone else have an issue with a circuit board on your unit? What CPU Board costs $900, even with install?!

I need the unit for opening in November so I feel helpless.

Thoughts anyone? Could really use the help here.

CPU board gone bad? How is that your fault? Seems to me that they should back their product and send you a refurbished replacement. You might question how much a warranty is. Could be cheaper than the repair and you would be covered for another year. I do have to say some of their repair prices are a bit ridiculous. I think I paid like 250 to replace the kick stand on the GC2. Totally trivial replacement and they would just ship me the part.
