    wbond would you say in your opinion that this depends on how steep you are or how big a divot you take? I've had elbow problems since I broke my left arm twice as a kid. My divots are the standard dime depth max and I'm ok (touch wood). I'd think the CCE would suck if you take big ol divots.

      Probably worse for those who take larger divots. I take a pretty shallow divot but I have tennis elbow and this mat bothers it more than the one I made with the gel. I just got that twisty thing for tennis elbow so hopefully it helps.

    so last night was the first night i tried to get some practice in on the sim as opposed to just messing around and checking out features on tgc. having the gc2 and this hitting strip has already helped me hit the ball more consistently with a swing adjustment and my yardage have been matching my IRL distances, if not a little better than average. i like this already!
