    Hmt help needed!

    Just got my hmt and the numbers are showing fine on the actual gc2 but not on the fr1 software.... Is there a setting I need to turn on somewhere?

    Also, I see a new function on the gc2 to calibrate hmt. When I try this it says 'calibration failed'.

    Any help much appreciated.

      Are you hooked up by USB to the computer?

              Think you have to use USB to get HMT numbers when using FR1 mate
