GC2 + HMT + FR1 - Deal?

Have an opportunity to purchase a GC2 (A9xxx serial) with HMT and FR1 (plus 15 courses) for 8k?

To all experts on pricing and more knowledgeable of used market prices, does that seem like a good deal? Local, trustworthy pga pro is selling it.

I got a Skytrak earlier this year and like it so much and have improved so much, I'm ready to upgrade to the HMT.

Thoughts? Hidden costs (outside of the $500 transfer fee)?

sounds like a steal , I would jump on it. Potential cost besides transfer fee could be flash and battery replacements

That sounds like as cheap of a deal as I have heard of for all 3 (GC2, HMT, FR1). I would go for it, especially since the sale is local. I'm sure he is happy to save 10% ebay fees. You won't have to pay the transfer unless you need to send it in for repairs. And since you know the seller, you might be able to ask him to send it in for you.
