    GC2 battery pack

    hello all, my recently purchased GC2 has a dud battery! Can any one give me some details about building my own? It’s mentioned in a few threads, but no specifics.....the pack doesn’t take standard AA’s. And the configuration of the cells (underneath the shrink wrap) seems like the cells are in parallel.

      It’s basically a 6 cell pack like in an REmote Control Car. Take the pack to a battery place and they’ll rebuild it.

              Thanks, I’m in Australia, where they charge 500% on everything, but will check with the foresight distributer here. I went to a battery world here, and they did not have a clue. I’m quite handy so wouldn’t mind having a go.

                  Ok so the foresight agent in Australia, won’t sell me a battery unless I pay a $750 transfer fee. Then a battery at the cost of $120 inc tax and shipping.

                  anyone here actually made a battery pack for the GC2? Are there any other options? Do you think foresight Usa will ship to Australia?

                        Any battery place can rebuild it. It’s basucally a 6 cel pack like a remote control car. I used to race those cars and I built my own packs. 6 cells and shrink wrap. Take the battery to a hobby shop.

                        One of my mates rebuilt his battery pack, he had a thread on here. cost him about £30 / 45USD
