FR1 password

G'Day folks,

as I mentioned in a previous post I have bought a used GC2, and PC with FR1 and some courses....all now working fine (still learning and testing). I cannot enter the options menu, as it is asking for a password. The closing down golf store I bought it from cannot recall the password.

I tried the generic one suggested on a post on this site:fss01011, but this isn't working, any other passwords to try?

I have the disks, so I suppose I will be able to do a complete reinstall if all else fails.

fss01011 is the generic password. If someone changed it then just reload if you have the discs. If that doesn't work send me a PM.

Do you need a dongle to run this? I bought a gc2 from eBay that included FS1 on a laptop that came with it. Any way to get it to work without a dongle?

No unless you can hack the Foresight code to eliminate the requirement for a dongle. .

Re installed using current version of FR1 (thank you Ron). Installed to same directory: did not have to re install the courses. and the generic password worked, which I then disabled!
