I have heard some very mixed reviews about foresights customer service. I kind of ignored it and went with a cg2 with a protective shield, TGC etc. When the protective shield fell apart (it has never been hit or damaged) they said to just super glue it together. Then when I asked them to ask a manager, they told me if I bought something else they could maybe help me. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in on it being 100% true how they treat their clients. Pretty disappointed. And whats funny is I was actually considering purchasing an upgrade on both the software and hardware. Definitely not anymore.

So, did Foresight end up taking care of you? The reason I'm asking is I'm having some issues with their customer service as well. If you did get taken care of do you mind sharing who it was that helped? I'm getting the run around and it's quite frustrating considering how much money I've spent with them.

If they should be taking care of anyone in particular, it should be you! You have a great website that promotes there software and gives other users that ability to see FSX courses, which can't be seen anywhere else. Plus, you recently just bought a Quad. They should care very much about you as a valued customer. I would try Grant C.! He is very much a salesman and probably their top one. He has always done good by me! Possibly tell him that you are helping market FSX software.

The problem was with the tilt calibration in the GC2. I ran the tilt calibration download from them and it fixed it. Lower serial numbers do not have a auto acceleromator and may need to run this calibration tool according to the email I received from them.
