My GC2 is going to be delivered tomorrow and not sure if I should get the Bluetooth adapter and extension. My computer is a 2016 Asus ROG gaming computer with Bluetooth. I'm curious to know other setups. I know many use the adapter but for a newer computer do you guys feel it is necessary. Have you tried both ways and is one just better. Thanks

I've got a ASUS desktop with built in Bluetooth, it's about 2m away from my gc2, it did pick up the gc2 but would lose connection very often.. so I got the asus Bt400 USB adaptor plugged in to a 1.5m USB cable and it now works perfectly, hasn't ever lost the connection

I have an Asus similar to yours. I don't think I have a connection problem with it but I do have to toggle the GSX on and off every now and then to get it to read incoming and outgoing connections. It may be a Bluetooth issue but I can't say it IS a Bluetooth issue. Either way, getting the connector is cheap insurance.
