I tried to paste the graphics from the email. Didn’t work.
Here RE is the link for the email. You can just buy this on their website if you want it and it shows details on this page. Hopefully this link posts.

Right now now it shows that there are 24 of 30 left at this price.Last edited by Baller; 06-02-2018, 03:09 PM.

I just bought the units in the same month and they’re not willing to give me at least just FSX. I told them I don’t even need a laptop. What a great way to treat its customers!
Plus GC2 and HMT came faulty and they're saying I need to pay 15% restocking fee when in the return policy not only does it not mention about the return period, but also it clearly states if the unit is faulty 15% restocking fee doesn't occur! Very disappointing.
They couldn't fix mine the first time, and when I said it's still faulty they're saying it was fine and I have to ship it again (and pay for shipping). They didn't even talk about 'Replacing' it once. It even hasn't been a month yet!Last edited by LEO MODE; 06-04-2018, 10:30 PM.

High pitch noise when the screen is on, spin axis not acting consistently, hmt lie too flat, impact location inconsistent. latter 2 i need to inspect again by testing. And I can tell the data discrepancies because I can compare with GC Quad (my friend's) and a Trackman.Last edited by LEO MODE; 06-05-2018, 04:55 AM.

They just made everything right for me yesterday and now I am sending in my GC2 for repair. Again I hope they can go and beyond on what they can do, hopefully to see something like a replacement into a newer unit if they cannot fix the problem rather than saying they can’t fix it.

Why are you paying anything for shipping or repair? I thought the CPO came with a 6 mo warranty? Worse case I could see shipping it there once but even that is shitty. What issues are you having?
I can see missing out on the deal, it sucks, but that's how these things work.

No idea. That was what Foresight told me initially. And no not a round trip, they said I have to pay for shipping it over to Foresight (which still doesn't make sense). So for my first repair, sales had to come to LA anyway so he stopped by my area, since it's on the way back to San Diego, to drop things off which was nice of him. However if I want to RMA again I have to pay for shipping. Sales told me he would pay for it, but why would he?? Shouldn't the company pay for it? It's not my fault that the machine is faulty. Why would I or sales have to pay for it?

They need to make this right Leo. If not, what does CPO mean? Obviously, the system wasn't tested so what "refurbishment" was done? Is this marketing BS to drive up the cost of second hand units? And they not honoring the warranty? This isn't right, hopefully your Facebook post will get some traction higher up the chain. Sometime you have to fight with these guys which is just stupid but they should take care of you. Sorry about the experience, I know how frustrating it can be.

Leo don't suppose you paid for this on credit card? If so you could be protected against this kind of thing. Maybe they could step in?
You could always threaten to take action as you have a right as a consumer to be treated fairly and it sounds like you havent been in this case...
