FSX overseas???

If I buy GC2/Quad with FSX in the US..... will I be able to use this overseas.... I have seen comments in threads that software may be Geo restricted???

Has anyone bought in US and used overseas without issue? ... or if issue, used DNS or VPN to fix ??

Only GC Quad it is. You won't be able to use it overseas unless you ask Foresight support (possibly for a time frame unlocking is what I'm guessing). You can't do it with VPN because it's a GPS (Trackman has it too to track theft).

Are you 100% sure on this one? Lots of people use GC Quad indoors. GPS signal does not penetrate buildings very well. Unless you are a few feet from a window, you are often out of luck. I would be very surprised if they set it up not to function unless it has GPS signal.

Yes i was told by the rep. Unless he’s lying then i assume it is just like trackman. Trackman works with gps just fine just like a cell phone.
