GC2 to PC bluetooth issues/TGC

I'm hoping that you all can help me resolve a connectivity issue I'm having with my GC2. Basically, I have to start fresh to get the Bluetooth to connect (remove it in Windows, re pair it, check the com port vs GSX, etc) and then the connection works for a couple of holes and then stops registering shots.

My GC2 has no problem feeding shots to my iPad during a 100 shot range session, which leads me to believe it is either a computer issue or a GSX issue. I've searched for updated drivers and everything points to them being up to speed. I have had the same issue with both the integrated Bluetooth as well as my ASUS USB Bluetooth.

Anyone have any ideas for me?

Do you have any firewall or antivirus software running? Maybe one of them is kicking it off after a little while

Maybe? It could be that this started occurring after my McAfee expired and I started to automatically use Windows Defender.

i am having similar issues. I have an asus gaming computer.

the bluetooth on mine goes missing after playing in TGC for varied amounts of time. Took me three days of tech suport to get it back.

then when i went back in to tgc it worked for an hour or so and yet again....bluetooth is gone....and i mean gone. Turned off in the BIOS microsoft says.


Did you ever get this issue resoved?
