    QcQuad putting without essential putting

Has anyone tried putting more than one dot on their putter to get face nd impact. Just curious if it works with not having essential putting analysis. I don’t need to pay for lak of that other data, but would like to see the difference in how I strike a few of my putters and the face angle through impact.

All ive done to this point is one dot mode that just gives path and speed.

I'm pretty sure it won't pick up the putter with 4 dots without the essential putting mode. I put the 4 dots on my putter for the demo and haven't removed them. Just check the performance site and there is no club data on the putter. I think I noticed that when the demo expired but haven't paid much attention to it since.

Thanks, I figured I’d ask before I wasted a few dots. Not surprising it doesn’t work, but it is frustrating. I wonder how the system knows you’re putting. I may try it anyway and configure the dots just like another club. I just want impact location and face angle. Doesn’t make much sense why I can’t have that since I do have club data.

I think it's a detail thing. When using the essential putting feature the hitting zone is tiny. Like 4"x3", super small. I suspect when it sees multiple dots without the feature it just ignores them.
