FSX course price UK vs US

Wondering if a buy a course online in the us online shop (i have an US adress) What's stopping me from playing it in europe?
The price difference is ridiculous and there are never any offers for the eu market.

I agree it's rubbish. I assume you have to get Foresight to activate the course once you've downloaded it. So good look with that. Let me know how you get on
