What's your setup for game control?

I'm looking for inspiration... How are people controlling the gameplay in FSX2018? Do you have a touchscreen pc/laptop? Voice control using something like voice bot? Ipad? Regular mouse and keyboard on a table nearby?

My sim build was paused for the summer as my business is too crazy then... but now I'm getting back to it! I've got things in a playable state and am demo-ing FSX2018 and really like it... except that at the moment my room is unfinished and using a mouse/keyboard lying on the floor is getting really old really quickly lol

72solstice I'm still in the process of finding the "right" solution... it's funny how much of an impact the interface has on the overall enjoyment of sim golf!

I was planning this week to setup voice control to see how I liked it. It seems promising... I found this:

Since starting my post I have been mainly using the smaller air mouse i bought (http://a.co/d/2A4gizu). I like it quite a bit. It's not as exact as a normal mouse, but with a little practice it's really useful. It's small enough that I put it in my pocket between shots. Reach in, select changes/aim/whatever, back in pocket & hit away. Easy peazy! The one big drawback I've noticed is that there is no Right Click on it. That bites, because it really ties you back to the main keyboard if you are practicing... at least in FSX.

On a positive side, the little unit has a microphone that works well, although it's touch to activate. That might be a drawback for some people, but for me I think it will be a bonus. I listen to music while playing, so I think that might help with voice control once I set it up.... TBD!!
