Combines / game options for GC2

Long time listener, first time caller. I just upgraded my sim room from a SkyTrak to a GC2. Couldn’t be happier. I had loads of issues with the SkyTrak that made me underutilize the sim room I built. Luckily i was able to just port my TGC license over and play immediately.

However, the basic App from Foresight doesn’t include any Combine options and is a poor driving range. Are there any good combine options to hook up with for the GC2? Does FSX have one?

Separate question, i have a son getting into golf, outside of short courses on TGC are there any other good game or fun stuff to hook up with the GC2 to play besides straight simulated golf?

In regards to your second question, you might be interested in Protee Play. I believe that since you already have TGC working, it should be no problem getting Protee Play to work. You might email them to confirm though. They have games like hitting zombies with your golf ball and other ones that your son might like.

Thanks. I assume it would work through the same interface. Wish there was a way to trial it. Hesitant to spend $250 on something if it isn’t fun.
