Thank you that was the correct PIN. New question. How do I connect the unit to my computer to do the firmware upgrade. I do not see the unit in my network even though it is connected USB. I am running Windows 10 and it does not show up when the USB is connected. I can connect via Bluetooth but that does not help with the firmware upgrade.

Every firmware update is an actual program. You need to run the program and set the OS you’re running then plug it in via USB and run the program.My Courses:

What firmware should you be running with TGC 2019?Comment

None of the versions of TGC or JNPG or E6 cared what version of firmware the GC2 is using so I expect the answer will be that it doesn't matter.
Maybe someone who tracks the different GC2 firmware versions can say what fixes are in which version. I doubt there's anything earthshattering though, the GC2 has been pretty stable for a long time.
