GC2 & TGC 2019

mthunt I just stumbled on your reply here. No idea how long this has been around, but that is awesome! My bluetooth actually works fine, but it does miss the occasional shot. I'm thinking the wired USB connection should be more reliable.

GSX shouldn’t ever miss a shot. So you hit a shot and it shows up on the GC2 screen but not in GSX? Is the dongle close?

Yes. Dongle is right next to the GC2. It's rare, but it does happen.

Hi,

I am in the process of switching from a SkyTrak to a GC2. I own TGC 2019 outright so will be paying the transfer fee to Pro Tee. I won’t be using, or have installed, any other software, just TGC 2019, so can I simply connect my GC2 direct to my PC with a USB?

Anyone having issues yesterday or today connecting using the interface? Protee servers kicked us out after 1 hole and appeared the servers we down. Tried again today and input say connected and output not connecting? What should I be checking that could have changed?

A question: I have a Gc2 connected via USB with Protee interface using Gc to TGC 2019 interface. All connect very well but after 2 or 3 shots on TGC2019 the shots do not respond on TGC (but GC2 stil operate well by it self registering the shots). GC to TGC interface mention that Protee interface is not more connected to GC.
Any idea of how to solve such erratic connection? Many thanks for help.

A question:
The gc2 to TGc interface is connecting every time immediately and straight away. Yet after few shots (often when putting), the shots are still recognized by the GC2 lcd but no shot on TGC.
As a solution, sometimes, just closing only the GC to TGC interface and launching it again make it working. Sometimes I need to relaunch the pc. Yet after sometimes the interface with Protee stop again with no shot on TGC…
I tried with an other GC2 i have and on an other Pc under win 10 with a TGC and the same interface problem appears erratically.
I stopped all antivirus and windows defender without solving the problem.
I suspect windows 10 to create the problem. Any idea?
If anybody could transfer me the oldest Protee interface prior to 3.17 b. I will try to see if it helps.

I'll send you the one that doesn't use coms and works with USB. Maybe it'll work.
