As I think someone posted in another forum where your asking the same thing......it's the FSX software and has nothing to do with your firmware.

Is 3.5.1 still the recommended fw? I have the latest 4.0.0.15 running on mine. I'm new to GC2 so I'm not sure about a few things but I feel like my backspin is at least 2000rpm lower than it should be, especially on wedges. Even with a 56 degree and pro v1x I cant get more than 7500rpm out of a full, clean connecting swing.

I use 3.5. I have since TGC came out. Works great. No reason to change for me.

Anyone successfully running 4.0.0.15 with TGC? Just picked up a HMT and it looks like you need v4 or later to take advantage of the one dot.

I've used 4.0 with HMT. No problems. Works fine.

Yup 4.0 actually works the best from 3.7 and 3.5 that I tested.

i just received my gc2. i hit a few balls on it and it works great. thanks again for the smooth transaction aeroburner. when it boots up i see "hw rev 3" which i'm guessing means i'm on firmware 3.0.0.0? The recommended version is 3.5.1.0 but i can't find a download link. i can download 4.0.0.15 from the foresight website.

@kinitex@gmail.com mentioned that there were potentially some problems with spin on 4.0.0.15 but later on wrote that it was better than 3.5 and 3.7. is the recommended firmware still 3.5.1.0 or is it 4.0.0.15 now?

"Hw Rev 3" refers to the hardware version. I think that's the current shipping hardware.

am running 4.0.0.15 and I have no issues Inor
