    FSX18 and Fairgrounds crashing

    Hi everyone.
I've finally completed my sim room after spending the best part of 2 years lurking in the background on here taking notes from everyone else.
I went for the FSX18 software and when it works its great, the bead news is that it crashes at random times, playing using real weather / custom courses / gap testing on the range.
On fairgrounds i'm lucky it I can get halfway through one of the games before it freezes and crashes.
Has anybody else had these problems and any help would be great.

I'm using a brand new windows 10 PC with a NVIDIA GeForce graphics card.

    Thanks.

What are your full computer specs (RAM, Hard Drive, etc), and exactly which GeForce graphics card?

All sorted. I spoke to the computer developer and built into the computer software is something called "CPU OVERCLOCK"
To turn this off I had to do the following..

Restart the system and keep pressing F2 until you get to BIOS, you may need to then press F7 to get into Advanced Mode.
      - Go to 'Tool' then 'ASUS Overclocking Profile' or 'ASUS User Profiles'. With the arrows on the keyboard highlight load from profile, type 1 and press enter then confirm.
      - Then go to 'Exit' then 'Save changes and reset'. This will restart the system with the overclock disabled.

After doing this I haven't had a single issue and FSX & the fairgrounds runs perfectly.

Pretty sure I have overclocking enabled on my current computer and never had any FSX issues. That is interesting though!

        Glad you got it working!
