GC2 and TGC2019 play 3 holes then shots dont register

I finally got my sim up and run ing just fine. Started playing with some chipping then started a round. I'd say about 30-45 minutes. Then my shots would not register in TGC2019 but they register on the GC2 unit. Did something time out?? Is there a setting I need to change?? Any help would be appreciated

I'm experiencing the exact same situation as the poster above. Very excited to get my sim up and running, but after 30 minutes none of my shots register on TGC2019. The GC2 continues to capture every shot perfectly. This has happened all 4 times I have tried to play. I've confirmed my internet connection is solid, tried restarting the protee interface, gsx, tgc2019, the GC2. All without any luck in getting it going again.

I'm guessing the bluetooth may be going to sleep if it's happening around the same time.

I'm attached internal. I bought a dongle but couldn't get the correct drivers to load.

I went into my bluetooth setting of my internal Bluetooth and disabled the power saving setting my computer defaulted to, that seemed to clear up the problem.

If that works leave it. What to look for is laggy shots. If they lag get an eternal and disable internal. If it works leave it. GC2 needs to be close to dongle.

Could be time to add the VPN to your connection.

There are a couple threads here that talk about it and Protee has one they recommend.

I and others had this issue a while ago and the VPN did help most.

Thank you so much! The Bluetooth power settings fixed my issues. I never would have found that on my own. I just played a flawless 18 holes. Thank you everyone for your help in building this sim out. The knowledge on this forum is incredible.
