Bought TGC 2019, upgraded GC2 to 4.0.0.15 and Bluetooth not working

I upgraded to TGC2019 and did a firmware upgrade to 4.0.0.15. My com ports were gone so checked my setup. It seems that I cannot discover the GC2 from my PC any more. However, when I turn on the bluetooth on my phone then I can discover it.

I've got the windows bluetooth disabled and using a BCM 20702 USB dongle which has been working for a year.

Just re-did the firmware and unplugged the USB module and still no go

Try your windows Bluetooth again. Check all your Bluetooth settings again. Make sure the box is checked in options that allows Bluetooth devices to find the pc

Panman, it's weird that it's only the GC2 that cannot be discovered. My phone, watch and other devices show up but not the GC2. When I turn my bluetooth on my phone on, it sees the GC2 immediately.

You may need to update the GC2 driver- they have two on their site. 4.0.0.15 needs the newer one

Rolled back windows driver. Disabled power down on the actual device (not just in power settings) and we're up and running.
