Switching from Skytrak to GC2, software confusion

Hey Guys,

I'm thinking about switching to GC2 from Skytrak because of the delay experienced while playing TGC 2019 and I also have a high swing speed/ball speed that I am not confident Skytrak reads correctly.

I've looked through a ton of posts on here, but haven't gotten a clear indication of how the transition would be. Can I transfer over the TGC 2019 license? Are there fees I don't know about? What other things should I be aware of?

Yes you can transfer and yes you may have to pay a fee for it. You will need to contact Protee support and they can help you. Nothing else to be aware of. Lots of us switched from Skytrak to GC2.

I did the exact same thing a few months ago.
Just purchase the transfer package its about £85, email Protee with the order number and say you are moving TGC from Skytrak to GC2 and they will then send you a new key and the links to download the software you require to get it up and running with a GC2.
It's easy and Protee will help you through the whole process if you get stuck.

I too am moving from skytrak to gc2. I have a hc2 with power cord and Bluetooth connection (gc2a). Do I need a cord to connect to protee(have not purchased yet but am strongly considering it) computer or will Bluetooth do it. I’m sure this is written somewhere but appreciate responses.

TGC with GC2 is only working via Bluetooth.
