GC2 Bluetooth

Just picked up a GC2 and having some issues with the bluetooth. I was able to get GSX setup correctly and shots are reading but there is a pretty significant lag. In addition, TGC19 just stopped picking up shots mid round My PC does not have Bluetooth built it, I needed to buy an adapter. pc is ~10ft away from the GC and I am running 4.0.0.12 firmware and windows 10. Do you think I need a better adapter? Bring PC closer? I've also noticed that the carry distance on the GC does not match TGC. Is this normal?

Also, does the USB provide connection from GC provide any type of data to TGC or is everything does over Bluetooth?

Did you install the gc2 driver on your computer? There is a sticky thread in the Foresight section about getting it setup with GSX. You can always start with the gc2 right next to the pc to eliminate distance as a factor.

I did not. Is 4.0.0.12 the most up to date firmware?

I believe so but it is on the foresight downloads page right next to the pc drivers so you can check

instead of moving the computer I got a long usb extender cable to put the same Bluetooth adapter about 6 inches away from my GC2. Worked perfectly ever since. I suggest you give that a shot. Also, yes carry distance will be slightly different in TGC vs GC2. Think wind, elevation, etc that impacts TGC video game.
