PC not picking up Gc2 with FR1

Hi all,

recently I had to Install a new hard drive and windows on the pc I was using with my Gc2 and I was using FR1 software v1.3.

i have installed FR1 and updated to v1.3 as my pc is running windows 10.

I can’t seem to get the computer to recognise the Gc2. I can get into the software fine but It’s not reading that I am hitting balls (not weird shots just nothing read at all). This used to work before the reinstall and the gc2works fine on its own, so I don’t think the hardware is an issue.

I have the USB key plugged in the USB interface cable for the Gc2 is plugged in and I have tried multiple ports.

I don’t have a spare USB cable and am on lockdown at the moment so can’t buy a new one so can’t check if that’s the problem.any thoughts on other things to check?

i seem to remember having a similar problem when I first set up but can’t remember how I fixed it.

Sounds like you need to reinstall the GC2 drivers. You can download from Foresight's website.
